2. Use of the Website

3. Services and Orders

When you submit an enquiry or request a quote through our website:

• —No contract is formed until we confirm acceptance of your order in writing (including by email).
• —All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• —We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
• —Any changes to an order after confirmation must be agreed in writing and may affect price and delivery timescales.

4. Pricing and Payment

• —All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• —A deposit may be required before production commences; the balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• —We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed in writing.
• —Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Design Approvals and Proofs

• —We will provide design proofs or artwork for your approval before production. Production commences only upon your written sign-off.
• —Once you have approved artwork and production has begun, changes that require reworking may be subject to additional charges.
• —You are responsible for checking all proofs for errors (spelling, colours, dimensions) before approving. We are not liable for errors approved by you.

6. Delivery and Installation

• —Delivery and installation timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
• —Risk of damage to or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.
• —You must ensure suitable access to the installation site is available. Any delay caused by you may result in additional costs.

7. Cancellations and Returns

• —Because our products are custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except where goods are faulty or not as described.
• —Cancellations made before production begins will be subject to a charge covering any design work, materials ordered, or administrative costs already incurred.
• —Faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence supplied to [email protected].

8. Intellectual Property

• —All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AVFX Sign and is protected by UK copyright and intellectual property law.
• —You must not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our express written permission.
• —Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the final deliverables we create for you for your own business purposes. We retain the right to display our work in our portfolio.
• —You warrant that any materials you supply to us (logos, images, text) do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You indemnify us against any claims arising from such materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• —We exclude all implied warranties, conditions, and representations in connection with our website and services.
• —Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.
• —We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• —Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.
